The Mid Jewel QS “NYC – Yankees is an ode to New York City, specifically, the New York Yankees, for the retro basketball shoe. An October 2021 release by , the Mid Jewel “NYC – Yankee is a classic look that incorporates inspiration from the Yankees iconic pinstripe team uniforms into its design, and a throwback to the styling of “NYC themed Mid Jewel colorways from the mid-to-late  . The shoe’s upper is designed in white leather with a milky white Jewel Swoosh on either side. A small Midnight Navy Swoosh is embroidered on the throat and graffiti-style “NYC branding is stitched onto the heel in navy with a matching Swoosh. The branding is printed on the tongue tag and on the side of the adjustable ankle strap, as well. The interior is lined in a Midnight Navy textile and finished off with contrasting grey pinstripes as a nod to the Yankees team uniforms. A green circular pod with the number  it is displayed on the gum rubber outsole to complete the look. Release date: October 28, 2021
